Food Photography

Photographing food seemed like an easy thing to do...before I tried it. It was actually very difficult to get nice, clear, well lit shots and to make the food seem appealing. However, I think the end result was well worth it. The food looks great, very appetizing and I would definitely love to go back and take more pictures if I could. Mostly all of the pictures were taken under artificial lighting, but I still believe they came out well. Macro also helped to catch those small, amazing details. I believe people take pictures of food because it can be very appealing to the eye. Food comes in a whole bunch of different colors and variations and combined it can create a great image. It's also great to eat.

Become Someone Else

Influenced by the Campaign "Become Someone else" by the Lithuanian Agency Called Love for Mint Vinetu

"When one reads books, he/she starts living it and identifies (or not) with main hero. These print ads for the Mint Vinetu bookstore, which sells lots of classics, focuses on the idea of becoming someone else. And provokes people to try on different personas."

This short activity was very fun to do and quite funny as well. It was a little difficult finding a book to do this, but the search was great. Cameron has become a hippy.

For this one I wanted to make it seem as if Al was going to catch a falling Jamil. I believe it's clear enough.



This Diptych is about an angry friend/ girlfriend was calling the other person and they pick up with a complete opposite emotion.

I really think this one is self explanatory. It's a catch and throw game. Of course, Rachel couldn't really be playing catch with herself but for the sake of the photograph, she  is :D.
